Our Ongoing Financial Planning service is for clients who want comprehensive advice on the major facets of their financial lives pushing them to achieve their goals. Let’s face it, personal finance can be stressful and time-consuming resulting in an individual, household, or business owner deploying inefficient strategies, or at worst, ignoring their situation altogether. Our process will help you take the friction out of controlling your finances. With the help of Upbeat Wealth, you will spend less time guessing and MORE TIME FOCUSING on what’s IMPORTANT to YOU.

Fee Structure:
Individual Couple Household
Annual Fee $2,400 $3,600 $3,900
One-Time Onboarding Fee: $500
Includes account management up to $250k/individuals & $400k/couples/households
These are baseline fees per household size and are billed monthly in advance. Complexities such as clients operating as solopreneurs or requiring assistance with equity compensation and/or real estate are subject to an additional $900/annually. The fee includes investment management, though clients are in no way obligated to hold their funds with Upbeat Wealth. Assets under management (AUM) exceeding those thresholds are subject to our Investment Management Fee schedule in the section below and the annual fee above.
EXAMPLE: A Household engaged in Ongoing Financial Planning with AUM of $750k would pay $5,900/annually as calculated: $3,900 + ($100k x 0.75%) + ($250k x 0.50%)

Our Investment Management service is for clients who want to ensure their portfolios work in their best interest. Unlike “robo-advisors,” Upbeat Wealth knows there is more to portfolio construction than establishing a risk tolerance - CONTEXT MATTERS. A portfolio without context will not fully align with a client’s objectives. That’s why our relationship goes deeper, resulting in a better understanding of a client’s complete financial picture, including risk capacity, time horizon, investment objectives, tax implications, debt obligations, real estate investments, and more. Whether you are a budding entrepreneur, have a growing family, or would prefer to enlist a trusted professional to oversee your portfolio so you can FOCUS on DOING what YOU LOVE.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Individually tailored portfolio management by an Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠.
Asset allocation in consideration of employer-sponsored retirement accounts (401(k), 403(b), 457 deferred compensation) and Education plans (529s).
Semi-annual in-person or virtual meetings to ensure clients stay on track. And if a life event happens, we are here for you—additional meetings by request.
Periodic portfolio rebalancing throughout the year to ensure financial alignment.
